11. Ja kaikki nekin juutalaiset, jotka olivat Mooabissa ja ammonilaisten keskuudessa ja Edomissa sekä kaikissa muissa maissa, saivat kuulla, että Baabelin kuningas oli jättänyt Juudaan jäännöksen ja asettanut näille käskynhaltijaksi Gedaljan, joka oli Saafanin pojan Ahikamin poika.
