24. Ja kun he olivat tuoneet nämä kuninkaat Joosuan eteen, niin Joosua kutsui kaikki Israelin miehet ja sanoi sotaväen päälliköille, jotka olivat seuranneet häntä: "Astukaa esiin ja pankaa jalkanne näiden kuninkaiden niskalle". Niin he astuivat esiin ja panivat jalkansa heidän niskallensa.
