12. Niin otti David keihään ja vesimaljan Saulin pään pohjasta, ja he menivät matkaansa; ja ei yhtään ollut, joka sen näki taikka huomaitsi, eli heräsi, vaan he makasivat kaikki nukkuneena, sillä Herralta oli tullut syvä uni heidän päällensä.
