23. Ja uhrasi Damaskun epäjumalille, jotka olivat lyöneet häntä, ja sanoi: koska Syrian kuningasten jumalat auttivat heitä, sentähden minä uhraan heille, että he myös minua auttaisivat; mutta he olivat hänelle ja kaikelle Israelille lankeemiseksi.
