9. Ja vaatteet ja hevonen pitää annettaman yhden kuninkaan päämiehen käteen, joka on ylimmäisistä päämiehistä, että hän puettais sen miehen, jota kuningas tahtoo kunnioittaa, ja antais hänen ajaa hevosen selässä kaupungin kaduilla, ja huutaa hänen edellänsä: näin pitää sille miehelle tehtämän, jota kuningas tahtoo kunnioittaa.
