9. Jääneet teistä pitää muistaman minua pakanain seassa, kussa heidän vankina oleman pitää, että minä olen särjetty heidän haureellisen sydämensä tähden, joka minusta luopunut on, ja heidän kiiluvain silmäinsä tähden, jotka ovat katsoneet epäjumaltensa jälkeen; ja niiden pitää suuttuman itseensä sen pahuuden tähden, jotka he kaikkein kauhistustensa kautta tehneet ovat.
