27. Kuninkaan pitää murheessa oleman ja päämiehet surullisissa vaatteissa, ja maassa kansan kädet vapiseman. Minä tahdon niin laittaa itseni heidän kanssansa, kuin he eläneet ovat, ja tuomita heitä, niinkuin he ansainneet ovat: ja heidän pitää tietämän, että minä olen Herra.
