5. Sentähden Herra, hänen Jumalansa, antoi hänet Aramin kuninkaan käsiin. He voittivat hänet ja ottivat hänen väestään suuren joukon vangiksi ja veivät Damaskoon. Hänet annettiin myöskin Israelin kuninkaan käsiin, ja tämä tuotti hänelle suuren tappion.
