23. Et il arriva, quand l'année fut révolue, que l'armée de Syrie monta contre Joas, et vint en Juda et à Jérusalem. Or les Syriens détruisirent, d'entre le peuple, tous les principaux du peuple, et ils envoyèrent au roi, à Damas, tout leur butin.
