8. Mais ils se révoltèrent contre moi, et ne voulurent pas m'écouter; aucun d'eux ne rejeta les abominations qui attiraient ses regards, et n'abandonna les idoles de l'Égypte. Alors je songeai à répandre ma fureur sur eux, et à assouvir contre eux ma colère au milieu du pays d'Égypte.
