4. Ou lorsque quelqu'un, parlant légèrement des lèvres, aura juré de faire du mal ou du bien, selon tout ce que l'homme peut jurer à la légère, qu'il ne s'en aperçoive pas ou qu'il le sache, il sera coupable sur l'un de ces cas.
