17. Et David sortit à leur rencontre, et prit la parole et leur dit: Si c'est pour la paix que vous venez vers moi, pour m'aider, mon coeur sera uni à vous; mais si c'est pour me livrer à mes ennemis, quand il n'y a pas de violence en ma main, que le Dieu de nos pères regarde, et punisse.
