Et maintenant, Éternel, Dieu d'Israël, garde envers ton serviteur David, mon père, ce que tu lui as dit, disant: Tu ne manqueras pas, devant ma face, d'un homme assis sur le trône d'Israël; si seulement tes fils prennent garde à leur voie, pour marcher dans ma loi, comme tu as marché devant moi.
