19. Il y en eut aussi de ceux de Manassé qui s'allèrent rendre à David, quand il vint avec les Philistins pour combattre contre Saül; mais ils ne leur donnèrent point de secours, parce que les Gouverneurs des Philistins, après en avoir délibéré entr'eux, le renvoyèrent, en disant : Il se tournera vers son Seigneur Saül, au péril de nos têtes.
