1. Quand quelqu'un aura pris une femme, et se sera marié avec elle, s'il arrive qu'elle ne trouve pas grâce devant ses yeux, à cause qu'il aura trouvé en elle quelque chose de malhonnête, il lui donnera par écrit la lettre de divorce, et la lui ayant mise entre les mains, il la renverra hors de sa maison.
