4. Ou quand quelqu'un aura juré en proférant légèrement de ses lèvres de faire du mal ou du bien, selon tout ce que l'homme profère légèrement en jurant, soit qu'il ne s'en soit pas aperçu, soit qu'il l'ait connu, il est coupable dans l'un de ces points.
