24. Ο δε βασιλευς Δαβιδ ειπε προς τον Ορναν, Ουχι· αλλ' εξαπαντος θελω αγορασει αυτο εις την αξιαν τιμην· διοτι δεν θελω λαβει το σον δια τον Κυριον, ουδε θελω προσφερει ολοκαυτωμα δωρεαν.
