2. Και σταθεις ο βασιλευς Δαβιδ επι των ποδων αυτου, ειπεν, Ακουσατε μου, αδελφοι μου και λαε μου· Εγω συνελαβον εν τη καρδια μου να οικοδομησω οικον αναπαυσεως δια την κιβωτον της διαθηκης του Κυριου και δια το υποποδιον των ποδων του Θεου ημων· και εκαμον ετοιμασιαν δια την οικοδομην.
