10. Ο δε ειπεν, Εσταθην εις ακρον ζηλωτης υπερ Κυριου του Θεου των δυναμεων· διοτι οι υιοι Ισραηλ εγκατελιπον την διαθηκην σου, τα θυσιαστηρια σου κατεστρεψαν και τους προφητας σου εθανατωσαν εν ρομφαια· και εναπελειφθην εγω μονος· και ζητουσι την ζωην μου, δια να αφαιρεσωσιν αυτην.
