14. Μετα δε ταυτα ωκοδομησε τειχος εξω της πολεως Δαβιδ, προς δυσμας του Γιων, εν τη κοιλαδι, εως της εισοδου της πυλης της ιχθυικης, και περιεκυκλωσε το Οφηλ και υψωσεν αυτο εις μεγα υψος, και εβαλε πολεμαρχους εν πασαις ταις ωχυρωμεναις πολεσι του Ιουδα.
