26. Και ειπον προς τον βασιλεα της Ασσυριας, λεγοντες, Τα εθνη, τα οποια μετωκισας και εκαθισας εν ταις πολεσι της Σαμαρειας, δεν γνωριζουσι τον νομον του Θεου της γης· δια τουτο απεστειλε τους λεοντας μεταξυ αυτων, και ιδου, θανατονουσιν αυτους, επειδη δεν γνωριζουσι τον νομον του Θεου της γης.
