12. Και επειδη ο λιμην δεν ητο επιτηδειος εις παραχειμασιαν, οι πλειοτεροι εγνωμοδοτησαν να σηκωθωσι και εκειθεν, ωστε φθασαντες αν ηδυναντο εις Φοινικα, λιμενα της Κρητης βλεποντα προς τον λιβα ανεμον και προς τον χωρον, να παραχειμασωσιν εκει.
