5. Εαν τις νεωστι λαβη γυναικα, δεν θελει εξελθει εις πολεμον, και δεν θελει επιφορτισθη επ' αυτον ουδεν αλλα ελευθερος θελει εισθαι εν τη οικια αυτου εν ετος, και θελει ευφρανει την γυναικα αυτου την οποιαν ελαβε.
