9. Και προσεκληθησαν οι γραμματεις του βασιλεως εν τω καιρω εκεινω εν τω τριτω μηνι, ουτος ειναι ο μην Σιβαν, την εικοστην τριτην αυτου· και εγραφη κατα παντα οσα ο Μαροδοχαιος προσεταξε, προς τους Ιουδαιους και προς τους σατραπας και διοικητας και αρχοντας των επαρχιων των απο Ινδιας εως Αιθιοπιας, εκατον εικοσιεπτα επαρχιων, εις πασαν επαρχιαν κατα το γραφειν αυτης και προς παντα λαον κατα την γλωσσαν αυτου και προς τους Ιουδαιους κατα το γραφειν αυτων και κατα την γλωσσαν αυτων.
