4. Δεν ενισχυσατε το ασθενες και δεν ιατρευσατε το κακως εχον και δεν εκαμετε επιδεσμα εις το συντετριμμενον και δεν επανεφερατε το πεπλανημενον και δεν εζητησατε το απολωλος· αλλα εν βια και εν σκληροτητι εδεσποζετε επ' αυτα.
