6. Και σηκωθεις ο Εσδρας απ' εμπροσθεν του οικου του Θεου, υπηγεν εις το οικημα του Ιωαναν υιου του Ελιασειβ· και οτε ηλθεν εκει, αρτον δεν εφαγεν και υδωρ δεν επιε· διοτι ητο εις πενθος δια την παραβασιν των μετοικισθεντων.
