29. Τον δε βασιλεα της Γαι εκρεμασεν επι ξυλου εως εσπερας· και ως εδυσεν ο ηλιος, προσεταξεν ο Ιησους και κατεβιβασαν το πτωμα αυτου απο του ξυλου, και ερριψαν αυτο εις την εισοδον της πυλης της πολεως, και υψωσαν επ' αυτου σωρον λιθων μεγαν, οστις μενει εως της σημερον.
