6. Ουτοι εχουσιν εξουσιαν να κλεισωσι τον ουρανον, δια να μη βρεχη βροχη εν ταις ημεραις της προφητειας αυτων, και εχουσιν εξουσιαν επι των υδατων να μεταβαλλωσιν αυτα εις αιμα και να παταξωσι την γην με πασαν πληγην, οσακις εαν θελησωσι.
