2. Διοτι τα ειδωλα ελαλησαν ματαιοτητα και οι μαντεις ειδον ορασεις ψευδεις και ελαλησαν ενυπνια ματαια· παρηγορουν ματαιως· δια τουτο μετετοπισθησαν ως ποιμνιον· εταραχθησαν, διοτι δεν υπηρχε ποιμην.
