5. και ος αν εισελθη μετα του πλησιον εις τον δρυμον συναγαγειν ξυλα και εκκρουσθη η χειρ αυτου τη αξινη κοπτοντος το ξυλον και εκπεσον το σιδηριον απο του ξυλου τυχη του πλησιον και αποθανη ουτος καταφευξεται εις μιαν των πολεων τουτων και ζησεται
