5. ου ταυτην την νηστειαν εξελεξαμην και ημεραν ταπεινουν ανθρωπον την ψυχην αυτου ουδ' αν καμψης ως κρικον τον τραχηλον σου και σακκον και σποδον υποστρωση ουδ' ουτως καλεσετε νηστειαν δεκτην
