9. και ηκουσεν τα ρηματα του λαου τα πονηρα επι τον αρχοντα οτι ωλιγοψυχησαν εν τη σπανει των υδατων και ηκουσεν παντας τους λογους ιουδιθ ους ελαλησεν προς αυτους οζιας ως ωμοσεν αυτοις παραδωσειν την πολιν μετα ημερας πεντε τοις ασσυριοις
