1. Γιατι, αφου ο νομος εχει τη σκια των μελλοντικων αγαθων, οχι την ιδια την εικονα των πραγματων, δε δυναται ποτε να τελειοποιησει αυτους που προσερχονται καθε ετος με τις ιδιες θυσιες, τις οποιες προσφερουν συνεχως.
