17. Ολες λοιπον οι γενιες απο τον Αβρααμ ως το Δαβιδ ειναι δεκατεσσερις γενιες, και απο το Δαβιδ ως τη μετοικεσια στη Βαβυλωνα ειναι δεκατεσσερις γενιες, και απο τη μετοικεσια στη Βαβυλωνα ως το Χριστο ειναι δεκατεσσερις γενιες.
