1. Καθε ψυχη ας υποτασσεται στις εξουσιες που υπερεχουν. Γιατι δεν υπαρχει εξουσια παρα μονο απο το Θεο, και αυτες που υπαρχουν ειναι ταγμενες απο το Θεο.
