25. Τοτε ειπεν ο Δαβιδ προς τον μηνυτην, Ουτω θελεις ειπει προς τον Ιωαβ Μη σε ανησυχη τουτο το πραγμα διοτι η ρομφαια κατατρωγει ποτε μεν ενα, ποτε δε αλλον ενισχυσον την μαχην σου εναντιον της πολεως και καταστρεψον αυτην και συ ενθαρρυνε αυτον.
