4. νεανισκους μη εχοντας μηδενα μωμον και ωραιους την οψιν και νοημονας εν παση σοφια και ειδημονας πασης γνωσεως και εχοντας φρονησιν και δυναμενους να ιστανται εν τω παλατιω του βασιλεως και να διδασκη αυτους τα γραμματα και την γλωσσαν των Χαλδαιων.
