7. Και διεκηρυχθη και εγνωστοποιηθη εν τη Ηινευη δια ψηφισματος του βασιλεως και των μεγιστανων αυτου και ελαληθη, οι ανθρωποι και τα κτηνη, οι βοες και τα προβατα, να μη γευθωσι μηδεν, μηδε να βοσκησωσι, μηδε υδωρ να πιωσιν
