24. Και ιδων ο Πιλατος οτι ουδεν ωvφελει, αλλα μαλλον θορυβος γινεται, λαβων υδωρ ενιψε τας χειρας αυτου εμπροσθεν του οχλου, λεγων Αθωος ειμαι απο του αιματος του δικαιου τουτου υμεις οψεσθε.
