3. Και ανεγνωσεν εν αυτω, εν τη πλατεια τη εμπροσθεν της πυλης των υδατων, απο της αυγης μεχρι της μεσημβριας, ενωπιον των ανδρων και των γυναικων και των δυναμενων να εννοωσι και τα ωτα παντος του λαου προσειχον εις το βιβλιον του νομου.
