9. Δια τουτο, Ζω εγω, λεγει ο Κυριος των δυναμεων, ο Θεος του Ισραηλ, εξαπαντος ο Μωαβ θελει εισθαι ως τα Σοδομα και οι υιοι Αμμων ως τα Γομορρα, τοπος κνιδων και αλυκαι και παντοτεινη ερημωσις το υπολοιπον του λαου μου θελει λαφυραγωγησει αυτους και το υπολοιπον του εθνους μου θαλει κατακληρονομησει αυτους.
