42. φυγεῖν ἐκεῖ τὸν φονευτήν ὃς ἂν φονεύσῃ τὸν πλησίον οὐκ εἰδὼς καὶ οὗτος οὐ μισῶν αὐτὸν πρὸ τῆς ἐχθὲς καὶ τρίτης καὶ καταφεύξεται εἰς μίαν τῶν πόλεων τούτων καὶ ζήσεται
