10. És Jábes az Izráel Istenét hívá segítségül, mondván: Ha engem megáldanál és az én határomat megszélesítenéd, és a te kezed én velem lenne, és engem minden veszedelemtől megoltalmaznál, hogy bút ne lássak! És megadá Isten néki, a mit kért vala.
