20. És lőn, mikor meghallotta az egész Izráel, hogy megjött Jeroboám, érette küldvén, hivaták őt a gyülekezetbe, és királylyá tevék őt az egész Izráelen; senki pedig nem követé Dávidnak házát, hanem csak egyedül a Júda nemzetsége. (Vers 21-24: v. ö. 2 Krón. 11,1-4.)
