7. Tanácsot tartottak az ország összes igazgatói: a helytartók, fejedelmek, tanácsosok és a kormányzók, hogy királyi végzés hozassék, és erős tilalom adassék, hogy ha valaki harmincz napig kér valamit valamely istentől vagy embertől, tekívüled, oh király, vettessék az oroszlánok vermébe.
