7. És mikor annak a helynek lakosai az ő felesége felől kérdezősködének, azt mondja vala: én húgom ő. Mert fél vala azt mondani: én feleségem; [gondolván:] nehogy megöljenek engem e helynek lakosai Rebekáért, mivelhogy szép ábrázatú ő.
