A levitáknak, akiknek oktatása szerint szokott egész Izrael megszentelődést tartani az Úr tiszteletére, ezt mondta: »Tegyétek a ládát annak a templomnak a szentélyébe, amelyet Salamon, Dávid fia, Izrael királya építtetett: többé ugyanis azt nem kell hordoznotok, hanem immár az Úrnak, a ti Isteneteknek, s az ő népének, Izraelnek kell szolgálnotok.
