23. Ezt üzeni Círusz, a perzsák királya. A föld valamennyi országát nekem adta az Úr, az ég Istene, s ő megparancsolta nekem, hogy házat építsek neki a júdai Jeruzsálemben. Ki való közületek az ő népéből? Legyen vele az Úr, az ő Istene és menjen fel.«
