8. Legyen áldott az Úr, a te Istened, aki elhatározta, hogy téged az ő trónusára, az Úrnak, a te Istenednek királyává rendel. Mivel Isten szereti Izraelt és meg akarja őt tartani mindörökké, azért tett téged királyává, hogy jogot s igazságot szolgáltass.«
