14. A papok sem teljesítették már a szolgálatot az oltár körül, nem törődtek a templommal, elhanyagolták az áldozatokat. Ők is inkább elsiettek, és résztvettek a gyakorlótéren a törvényellenes játékokban és a diszkoszvetésben.
